The Bursar’s Office is closed to the public with most staff working remotely. While staff will not be available in person, we will be able to assist students and families remotely. Students and families are encouraged to communicate with our office via email at email@example.com.
While our office is closed, we will continue to process incoming payments (all student account payments as well as departmental scholarships and third-party payments) as well as issuing student account refunds. All students are strongly encouraged to enroll in eRefund (direct deposit) so that they can receive any student account refunds as quickly as possible. If you do not have a bank account to use for eRefund, please verify that your Mailing address is current and make any updates as soon as possible.
UW-Madison departments that have questions regarding processing of any student payments should also contact our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
