Credit Card Refunds

A credit card refund will be issued when a student made their original student account payment via credit card. Due to banking regulations, a refund may only be issued to the original card that was used to make the payment.

The Bursar’s Office will process credit card refunds twice per week.

• The refund will be listed on your MyUW Student Center in the Financial Account/Account Inquiry the day it is processed.
• The credit card refund will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days.  Please check your credit card account activity for confirmation.
