The IRS tax form 1098T for 2019 will soon be available for you to view and print electronically. The 1098T tax form contains important information related to tuition, scholarships and other information which may be needed to complete your 2019 tax return. An email will be sent to your UW-Madison email (wisc.edu) account from an address ending in @cuprint.com telling you how to access your 2019 1098T. The subject line will be: New Tax Document Notification. This email is secure and will contain a digital signature from the University of Wisconsin System. The email will contain a hyperlink to a secure e-Statement website and directions for logging into the website. After logging in to the e-Statement website you will be able to view and print your 2019 1098T tax form. Even if you are not ready to use the 1098T form, please view and print it before January 28, 2020.
If you have not accessed your 1098T form electronically by January 29, 2020, a paper form will be mailed out to the mailing address on your account.
